This hybrid fuzz, featuring both silicon transistors and vintage germanium transistors, blends fiery silicon tones with warm germanium sounds to produce a versatile fuzz with ample headroom.Of course, it can also produce clean and crunchy tones. The combination of the top trimmer (for adjusting the germanium transistor bias) and the FEEL knob allows you to tailor the fuzz’s distortion character to your preference, from chunky, crunchy distortion to smooth, rounded distortion.The Myriad Fuzz is Josh Smith’s signature fuzz pedal, developed to fulfill his desire for a versatile fuzz sound.
